Have those who wished to buy there bags of Crypto at lowest price missed there chance or will there be another?

So I was looking at $1000 ETH and so excited I wanted to throw my whole life in, problem was I was not really liquid much and by the time I was which is now, markets look very different, maybe there are others with the same concern as me who want to buy back in but dont know if this the lowest we can get in or would there be another retracement in which we can buy our bags and prepare for the bullrun, I believe in CryptoCurrency in general and its longevity and its need in the world and society and how it beats FIAT and the government not able to beat it so therefore joining it, but just looking for the best possible time to get back in can be tricky.

So much manipulation in the markets make it hard to make a precise decision when to get back in the markets, now seeing the movement and transaction activity im wondering if I have missed the boat in buying my bags low and holding, or if we might see a re-tracement before the bull really kicks in? What are your thoughts?
