Heading to El Salvador - Advice

I'm heading to El Salvador 7-21 Feb and I would love to understand the BTC situation there as much and as deeply as possible.

I'm a long term Bitcoiner with my own 'Zonte'-like project in southern Mexico, I was hoping y'all could help me out with suggestions on places to go, things to do, people to meet (of course I know some, but I thought it worth checking with the community on up-to-date knowledge)
