Hello, I found my Bitcoin Miner Wallet from 2016. How do I get my coins?

I'm crying.

I had about 200 Bitcoins on multiple Word documents but always thought it was a weird homework project or dream. A few of the emails have wallets and one has a Key but I don't know how it works honestly. How do I get my coins from this? I also have accounts on BonusBitcoin, Keyternal, and BitGo. I don't know how to navigate these sites anymore, I've been with Coinbase for a while but of course these coins aren't in there. There used to be a connection on the authenticator on my older iPhone. I still have the email the authenticator was connect to, but I don't know if I deleted the code or kept it.

I found transactions dating back to 2015 to different wallets but I don't know if they hold value or why there are so many different wallets. For some reason putting in the address doesn't retrieve any information.
