Help Appreciated. Bitcoin transaction stuck in “Not Confirmed”

Hi,

After the Ledger debacle I did what any rational person would do and move everything off that hardware. I was wondering if one of you tech wizards could help me out here.

Over a month ago I tried sending the Bitcoin that was on my ledger to another wallet but one of my transactions was never confirmed on the blockchain and cannot be found either on block explorers.

After a while I tried sending another transaction which went through but the first one never did and is still stuck a month later.

I’ll attach screenshots below. Please let me know what I can do to push it through or even cancel it.

Yes I hold my fathers Bitcoin.
