How Binance Aided a criminal to Scam me

Recently I put an add in binance for the selling of 1000 busd, I went to sleep and forgot the add was on. While in my sleep a buyer sent an invoice to binance saying that he made the payment for 300 usd binance authorized the payment and released the cripto while I was asleep, I didn't get the money and I no longer have my cripto. The account that received the cripto has no assets and binance doesn't want to give me my money back. So... Binance just helped someone scam me and they say they are not responsible for it
