so i been trading for while on binance and since yesterday i noticed something weird.
In previous weeks when i made buying order for any coin like ETH binance fees would be 0% and only when i sell my ETH they would take their fees like 0.1 or 0.01( i dont remember exact % now), but since yesterday binance would take fees on both buying and selling so i dont understand how it works now
