We all know the story of the man who bought a pizza with 10,000 Bitcoins in 2010. This story made me think about how many Moons it would take to buy the same 2 pizzas from the same pizza place. So I did some research and this is what I found out.

At the time of the purchase the 10,000 Bitcoin was priced around 40 dollars but from my own research this could have been a bit lower. The 2 pizzas from Papa John’s were priced around 25 dollars.

Let's start with finding out how mutch 2 pizzas from Papa John’s would cost us at this moment. If we were to buy 2 large Papa John’s pizzas we would come out at a price of about 30 dollars. So now it's only a question about how many Moons we need in order to come to a price of 30 dollars.

Moon is currently trading at a price of 0.14 dollars a Moon. If we do the math -> Number of Moons = $30 / $0.14. We come out of an approximately 215 Moons!

TIL: If you wanted to buy 2 large Papa John’s pizzas, you would only need about 215 Moons!

If this post reaches 300 upvotes, I promise to find a way to buy two pizzas and make the payment using Moons!
