Right now, in America, the median yearly salary is $59,436 according to the US Department of Labor. Let's call that exactly 1 Bitcoin for the purposes of this discussion, which means that 1 bitcoin equals 1 year of work right now. In 2034, people talk about Bitcoin being worth "big numbers" such as 10 million dollars, but what does that matter if 10 million dollars isn't enough to retire on at that point due to inflation or something else?
Instead, I'm wanting to know what you think Bitcoin will be worth in 2034 in terms of the amount of years the average American would need to work in order to earn 1 full coin? I believe that thinking of Bitcoin's "price" like this is a much more helpful way to go about the discussion of the future, as well as being something very easy to conceptualize.
What's your opinion? How many years do you personally think will need to be worked by the average citizen in order to earn 1 Bitcoin in 2034, and why do you think what you think?
