Hello everybody,
For the past few weeks, I’ve been testing a brand new scalping strategy on the Three-minute timeframe, primarily using symbols comparable to 1000SATSUSDT and CELOUSDT.
I’ve observed one thing that seems inconsistent and needed to make clear it with extra skilled traders/developers. On the Binance chart, for instance, CELOUSDT seems to maneuver between prices like zero.118 → 0.119. Nevertheless, once I fetch costs by way of the Binance REST API, I obtain values with a lot larger precision that don’t all the time visually match the chart (doubtless on account of rounding or worth aggregation on the UI).
This leads me to 2 questions:
1. Is that this conduct anticipated (chart rounding vs. uncooked API prices)? 2. Given these differences, is it realistically reliable to build absolutely automated scalping bots for such low-priced, high-precision symbols? I’d also respect listening to what tools, knowledge sources, and execution strategies you personally use for constructing and operating scalping bots (REST vs WebSocket, mark worth vs last worth, and so on.).
Thanks prematurely in your insights
