How to find lightening peers?

I’ve set up a voltage lite lightening node to accept donations for my church. I’ve been currently running it by leasing liquidity through amboss magma. If this becomes long term though (like I hope it does) I don’t want to have to continue leasing inbound liquidity indefinitely. This is the first time running a lightening node so if this is a stupid question please take it easy on me but how would I find people who would want to set up channels to my node simply to collect fees without having to lease the liquidity. Any info is appreciated.
