How to get verified on binance.com from Australia? (driving me nuts)

Hello friends,

just needing some assistance with getting verified through binance.com as an Australian.

I'm very confused of this process, I have registered through the desktop site as well as the Mobile App and had gone through all of the steps successfully via facial recognition and providing all personal details..

Unfortunately both desktop site as well as the app is still advising me that I am not verified which is getting annoying, upon attempting to re try the Verification steps the same way I did in the first place, as soon as I click on the Start Now button, I instantly get the green tick Account Verified! Start trading now, I don't know if I am verified or not, most sections of the site tell me that I am not but when attempting to re try the verification steps on the desktop site i get the notification that I am already verified... Hope this makes sense and I could your help.
