How to report scam wallet to binance exchange.

I was scammed by a Polish bastard. and i found out he was using binance's wallet. Is there a way for binance to lock this bastard's account?

I hired him to do a video review. After receiving $800, he deleted the message and blocked my telegram account.

he uses the following telegram: MaciekBit EmBitYT or MaciekCrypto

The wallet address he used to cheat: 0x70c0df42c82ff4c282f4988e54a23eb0d4d72cb1

This address transfers coins to binance's hot wallet so I think he uses a binance account to store it. I want to ask is there any way for binance to freeze this account for investigation? I can provide proof he scammed me into someone else.
