Not sure what the best place to post this is but here goes:
What's the best way to borrow stablecoin against my ETH? I want fiat for a down payment on a home but I don't want to sell my ETH: so my idea is to borrow stablecoin then exchange that for fiat. There are so many platforms out there and things to consider that it's making my head spin. What do you all with way more DeFI experience than me (I don't have much) recommend?
Ideally I would also like to earn interest / yield on my ETH collateral so that I can cover any interest payments with that yield (and not just have my ETH collateral sitting there and earning me nothing aside from ETH's own price appreciation).
Some potential solutions I've found are Liquity for 0% interest and a very generous min collateralization ratio and abracadabra for 0.5% interest on yvcrvSTETH, the token you get back from staking ETH at 4.9% on Lido and then LP on Curve and deposit on Yearn.
