I can’t help but feel depressed/ fomo.

I had over a whole bitcoin. Sold at the FTX crash (a friend / financial advisor told me to dump it as it was going to zero). Now my financial circumstances haven’t allowed me to buy it back. I only have 0.20 and now I feel it’s out of reach. I will continue to DCA but I feel like I’m chasing something unobtainable now.

Be kind pls, had major health problems last few years which impacted my life, income and mental health.
