I'm starting to think that BINANCE is a total FRAUD. I dont care if CZ seems legit, smart, and all that - this is about his business; not his IQ.
How do you explain the HUNDREDS (if not THOUSANDS) of people on here have been waiting for months and months to get their customer issues resolved.
It's not about being patient or that the issues are complex - their customer services either COMPLETELY IGNORES YOU or TAKES YOU FOR A RIDE when they promise to get back to you.
I have personally been waiting since Januar 21st 2021 - 6 fucking months!! - for a refund on several wire transfer fees that were never processed and for which I was charged every single time.
They offered to refund me in BNB (back in Jan) I said OK - never heard from them since.
