I have just been hacked somehow and all my crypto has been stolen...

Sooo... where do I start?...

I have been in the cryptocurrency game since 2017 and been accumulating ever since then. Been through and experienced all the amazing highs and lows since then, especially this latest fiasco. After taking a little break, I Just went to log in and check my balances on my ETH and BSC wallets on zapper.fi, poocion.app and POOF!! Everything just suddenly vanished!!! My heart literally suck into the pit of my stomach.. "Surely this is some fucking mistake, right??". Clicked reload, still... nothing! I go to check the transaction history and I can see that someone has gone and withdrawn all the coins from my wallet into their own. I have absolutely no idea how or why this happened... I've literally got $3K in my bank account, am a PhD student, paying $480 rent/week and have literally no fucking idea what to do. I am so fucking depressed that I can't even cry. I've been accumulating so long, investing a little every chance I have and now I feel like I have wasted a huge part of my life and time. At one point I even had approx. $800K to my name in crypto, and yes I actually took a bit of profits for a holiday for my wife's birthday.

Honestly, at this point I have no idea what to do, I will take any advice I can get. For any insight that anyone can provide me I promise to somehow make it up to you in the future. Please guys, I just really need to talk to someone. Thank you all in advance...
