I introduced my friend to Bitcoin and ruined his life

Hello guys, I introduced my buddy to btc back in August. And he understood it very well, read all the books… but I feel like he’s over doing it. He put a lot money in it between August and December. Maxed out his credit card and today he called me saying he’s going to take a loan (20% interest) against his house and put it all in btc. His wife has no clue what’s going on. But he owns the house and pays all the bills himself… what do you guys think? I tried to deter him from that but he seemed so sure about his move. What would you advise your best friend?
