I held onto a sizable stash of gold for 10 years and it didn't keep up with inflation. Purchasing power diminished and 10 years of investment opportunities completely gone.
Can't tell you how disappointed I am.
I used to listen to Peter Schiff. He gave me the worst possible financial advice anyone could ever give me. I thought keeping gold was diversifying. With him still doubling down against Bitcoin, I see him as a sleazy con-man and a clown.
I converted all of my gold into Bitcoin at a price of $41,000 per coin. Now I feel like I fucked up because the price is ridiculously high and I should have done this years ago. On the other hand..it's already up 17%
