I lost 1000$ on trading crypto futures... What should I do?

So I have been trading crypto futures on Binance for like 3-4 months now. I live in a developing country where the cost of living is lower than in the US. So 1000$ here is probably worth 5 times (like $5k).

The worst thing is that I'm actually a stock trader and investor since 2017 and I have been making pretty good returns like above the market average which 80% of other investors and even institutions fail to do. I know technical analysis and risk management principles ....but I still fail, the first month I lost 180$ on my account, and then the second month I made around $450 so I have $150 of profit from my $500 account, pretty decent, decided to deposit another $500-700 and now my account size is $1200 and I lost around $1000 for the past 3 days.

So, this is like a really hard hit on my self-esteem. Like is this for me? Do you guys that have positive returns manage to crack this?
