I LOST BNB during Withdraw !!! ( on Binance APP )

Here's what Happened in steps:

1. i convert USDT to BNB.

2 ) i tried to withdraw BNB to my Trust Wallet BNB address like i always do.

3) i got an first error "email verification code has expired". i shouldn't get this error i still had 9s left.

4) i clicked on get sms code and email code again and recived both and use them.

5) i got second error "insufficient balance".

6) i check my BNB balance and it was 0.

7) i checked if there's any Transaction happened or History! but there's none! Where's My BNBs?

Update: Binance Support Fixed my Problem and Refunded my BNBs back to my account! ( Great Service )
