I lost money on binance?

So I made an inner switch to a pal's pockets and it seems the help is pretty ineffective if you're not utilizing binance.us I made a switch of 0.0094 btc and it still hasn't arrived and I checked on the blockchain and it's all confirmed and good to go, Binance says the transaction's been completed however my good friend still hasn't acquired any BTC. The AI bot within the stay chat is useless as a result of it's asking me the interior transfer ID of the transaction and once I put it in it says it's incorrect, I'm getting annoyed, any assist?
