I need to make a bitcoin payment of about 10 dollars. How do I do that with the lowest fees?

I'm off the loop with all these layer 2 solutions and swapping thingies. I have various crypto in Binance and I can easily change it to any crypto in Binance via the market. What is the correct route for the lowest possible fees? The payment I need to make is a normal bitcoin network payment, it does not support anything else. As far as I know I should withdraw something with cheap fees, convert it to BTC somewhere else then make the transaction. How do I do this without losing too much money?
