I still have RUNE BEP2 what are my options for Native RUNE?

I have Rune bep2 in my wallet but can't seem to find where I can swap or transfer it to that is a US friendly exchange. The frustrating part is that Mexc sold me old network coins recently (they should have updated them long ago), but they just updated the network last week. The old coins were moved into my cold wallet last month with out me knowing. (I know, my fault for not recognizing it). Also questioning why Tangem had an outdated Rune network address in the wallet for me to move them to. Feels like I moved my Rune bag to die. (also posted this in r/Thorchain) PS - written tutorials only, i won't be giving out addresses or other info.
