If you believe in Bitcoin and a Separation of Money from State, can you explain how that would work for everyone?

Leftist here. Over the last few years, I have experienced a paradigm shift. Bitcoin has ruthlessly destroyed my perception of Keynesian economics.

The Keynesian philosophy explicitly states that government intervention through any and all economic stimulus is provided to increase business activity. However, the fact is, supported by what we have seen from the bitcoin economy, people will still spend money on things that are either needed or perceived as having value enough to exchange in return for their bitcoin... and Keynesian style stimulus only increases debt more than it does business. Bitcoin is not deflationary, but it has a fixed supply. It still demonstrates what would happen in a deflationary economy, however, because that fixed supply feels like it's decreasing regularly as a result of constant errors and lost keys. And that bitcoin economy is thriving more every single day.

I now lean libertarian. Bitcoin has proven three major things: First, Keynesian economics is a load of bullshit. Second, Bitcoin can and will revolutionize business genuinely (not just government stimulus). Third, there can be a separation of money from state and that would mean a more open and free economy.

If you're still a Keynesian after learning these truths, then you are beyond help. I was born into a system I had no say in, then brainwashed by public schools into thinking Keynesian economics was a solution. It's not a solution, it's the root of an unstoppable and inevitable economic collapse.

However, that brings up the question; how in the world would a separation of money from state be the solution? I can't wrap my head around it, we would need to dismantle government to even begin making this work. I can think of several more problems with the idea of separation of money from state, can you guys who truly believe it is necessary explain why its a good idea?

Tl;dr left-leaning individual moves centrist and can't understand why separation of money from state is considered widely an acceptable solution, because bitcoin is so good that this individual cannot believe a government full of lies and corruption would ever allow it, nor does the individual understand how separation of money from state would work given its properties that embrace only freedom.
