With the exception of BTC and ETH what coin would you buy?

Many individuals here will argue BTC or ETH since they are the safest. But, now that the market is down, what coin would you buy? And why would you want to buy it in the first place? What motivates you to support the project?

Anyway, I just got a great bonus, and instead of putting it in the bank or buying a new purse, I'd rather invest it in crypto. I also bought Christmas presents for my family, and don’t need to spend money on that either—I'm just want to expand my portfolio.
