If you knowingly participate in a rug pull, get rich quick scheme or any other type of crypto scam with the hopes of cashing out early and leaving others holding the bag you're just as bad as the creators of said scam.

Basically what the title says.

If you are knowingly participating in a project and promoting it with the sole intention of pumping your bags so you can leave others holding a worthless coin/token, you're just as shitty as the creators of said scam.

I'm not saying if you unknowingly bought into a project and sold for some profit before it got rugged you're shitty, I think at that point you were just lucky. But trying to get others to buy into something when you already know it's a quick rich scheme makes you a shitty person.

You can compare it to people who promote pyramid schemes because they got tricked into it by others and want to continue the scam so they won't be idiots at the end.

TLDR: if you knowingly promote a scam to make some money for yourself, you are just as bad as the people who created the scam.
