If you were a billionaire, how would you help the space grow?

This is a mutli-layered question but let's think of it practically.

Deep down most of crypto holders are in it for the money. But let's say you don't care about money. You got infinite. And you hate fiat currencies, the government, central banks, surveillance, data collection etc.

Let's say you're a billionaire with money to throw around. How would you be able to invest money in the space (not by just buying coins or throwing VC-like funding in to any whitepaper) so that it would successfully help innovation, adoption, decentralization, security and scalability?
