I'm having issues connecting any wallet to my blockfi BIA account

Before I begin, yes I was one of those bozos that had bitcoin with Blockfi. But at least it was less than half of what I owned.

I received an email recently stating I can now move my assets to another wallet. I've tried several times with 2 different wallets but keep getting an error. It usually happens after I enter my phrases for each wallet respectfully. I have also doubled checked I got all the words right and they are for the correct wallets. Both are pretty mainstream wallets, Exodus and Coinbase's wallet, I figured it would be easy....

If anyone has any advice, maybe even going through the same issues, I'm hoping we can discuss it.
