I'm having to sell all of my crypto at loss to pay for medical bills and other stuff. I feel awful and I need to vent

As the title says, I'm having to sell all of my crypto at loss and even moons, specifically at 1/3rd of the price I've seen it at, I owe money, I need to pay medical bills. I don't know what I'm gonna do how I'm gonna do it, I don't have any alternatives, I'm but a mere student in debt already.

This post is also straight up awful, I have anxiety because of what I'm about to do. So much money I worked hard towards, just gone. Yes I can farm moons but I don't think I have the will to do it or the time.

I've also made some horrible mistakes, I bought ENS, LIT, MIMIR and ERGO, all of which have imploded and caused me tremendous losses, mimir did a 10x backwards and you all know how ergo did. Not only I'll be out of all the crypto after this, I'd still have debts to repay, bills to pay. Crypto has left me in a space where I neither have money nor choices.

Yes I made mistakes but I don't think they were so bad that I deserved this.
