Binance charges a fiat withdrawal fee? FTX charges a $75 withdrawal fee?! There's a fee for sending things to my cold wallet?

Sorry I'm just a little overwhelmed and just want the best rates. Right now I'm leaning towards CBP but I'm open to really any advice.
