Influencers are Saying They're "Sitting on the Sidelines" - Buy Signal?

I'm keeping up with crypto Twitter/YouTube/Reddit daily.

Not for "financial advice" (nobody is giving that, right?), but for updates and news.

The current trend in this boring semi-bear market is "sitting on the sidelines". Just watching the interview of Altcoin Daily with Guy from Coin Bureau and that's the sentiment.

Now, my analysis:

Last time there was a consensus between content creators about it was in January. Bitcoin was at $15-16k back then.

Guess who was buying back then. Hint: it wasn't Wendi O.

Yes, I've more than doubled the money by leveraging the strategy of accumulating during a boring market. I also positioned myself for the Arbitrum airdrop in the meantime, which I later got.

My point:

Influencers, more often than not, aren't genius traders. Actually, they've been quite... n00bish... from what I've seen. Most of them are great of delivering the news and being responsible with their blue chips though, so no offense intended!

What this means for you? It means that you should beware!

When the consensus between n00bs is that they shouldn't buy, we get a rally.

Of course, this shouldn't affect a prudent investor's DCA strategy. Just do your contribution and expect the block reward halving next year.

With all that being said, there's something that we refer to as "inverse r/cc" as well... So I hope I'm not creating a paradox in the space-time-continuum.
