I signed up for Binance.us two weeks ago. I deposited 5K from my bank and it has been withdrawn from my bank yesterday. My wallet shows 5K balance, however when I try to buy SHIB, the order screen shows $0 for my wallet and I cannot buy because "Insufficient Balance". It's been 16 hours and Support hasn't responded to my request yet.
Strangely I can buy bitcoin, just nothing else. Am I missing something? (See the order entry graphic)
