I'm creating a transaction and I must do an Elliptic Curve signature with the Secp256k1.

Of course, I know that the signature generation is corrupted. It's an invalid signature R and S parameters. Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong or rather what I am suppose to obtain in R and S with parameters field?
