According to CCP national intelligence law http://cs.brown.edu/courses/csci1800/sources/2017_06_28_China_NationalIntelligenceLawOfThePeoplesRepublicOfChina.pdf would this assume Binance is subject to CCP national intelligence laws or CCP contingencies? For example, Chinese citizens running Binance could be required to hand over customer data to the CCP. I'm not sure if those Chinese employees based in Beijing and Shanghai need a VPN to operate the AWS infrastructure and CCP laws sometimes require businesses to have VPN back door access to Chinese businesses. There's a whole rabbit hole of CCP liability I feel with Binance. Does anyone know if CCP is subject to the national intelligence laws just as Jack Ma can be mussled I feel Binance is a ticking time bomb.
