Is there still a legal way for Europeans to trade futures/derivatives on Binance?

(Edit: Am I confusing futures with margin trading? Is that still allowed?)

Hello everyone, I just realised I cannot trade futures due to regulations. I still want to trade them however my strategy will rely on that juicy x3/x5/x10/x15. Does anyone here know if I get in trouble for using a VPN to trade futures? I am fucking mad at this bs, I can’t just leave my country to trade somewhere else. Tho I am afraid I will get fucked by our equivalent of the IRS if I trade them via VPN. This is infuriating!!!

Are there maybe other exchanges that still allow them? I am from Germany if that’s important
