Is this an indication of a threat?

Since yesterday, every time I attempt to go online with credentials to Coinbase I get a verification textual content from Binance and the Binance system calls me. The verification textual content is the standard one that you simply get for those who try to switch funds or buy crypto. Both my Binance and Coinbase are linked to the same bank account however I do not know how they might be linked themselves since I didn't link them. I don't know if this is indicative of another person making an attempt to go online to my accounts, something else, or nothing
