Is this the start of zkSummer?

So, the current state of zk Rollup projects -

1. zkSync just announced their mainnet today
2. Starkware's starknet is on mainnet
3. Polygon Hermez launching in March
4. Scroll has a public alpha testnet
5. Taiko has a public testnet (deprecated this week)
6. Consensys Infura is working on one - not a lot of info yet, though
