OP = optimistic rollups
ARB = optimistic rollups + zksnarks
Isn't ARB just OP+zksnarks?
Is my understanding wrong?
If so, why is OP outperforming ARB if ARB does everything OP does plus more? Isn't ARB fundamentally better than OP?
