It happened

I was with my wife’s family the other day for dinner - aunts, uncles, cousins, my in-laws and grandparents.

The meal was halfway through and the wine was flowing. And my wife’s cousin asked everyone “so what’s everyone think of Bitcoin?”

The whole table erupted. VERY strong pro and anti Bitcoin views were on full display. Tom Brady’s name being thrown around left and right, Russia’s decision throwing in FUD, the old “I’ll take my money backed by the feds”, the libertarian views too, and I just sat there silent for about 10 minutes just blown away that everyone knew WTH I’ve been buying for so long.

Jaw just dropped.

Adoption is upon us my dear cryptonians. All age groups discussing it. They didn’t know about anything other than Bitcoin and DOGE, but I couldn’t believe the formed / developing opinions and the questions “can you buy less than a whole Bitcoin”.

Kept my head down. No advice from me. But unreal.
