Just lost 7000 dollars worth of Eth because of one malicious link

I was gonna go on 1 inch swap and swap for some wbtc and a signature approval popped out. I saw that it transfers to another wallet so obviously I clicked no, I wanted to close the tab right after that and another signature pops up and i mis-clicked and have transferred all my weth to that address.

I’m guessing there’s no way out of this since this is my own fault but I hope someone here can lend me a hand and tell me there’s something I can do about this or maybe I’m simply misunderstanding defi as I’m quite new to it.

Edit: looks like my funds are toast but at least it’s only a small portion of my saving because i never go all in on investments, I’ll recover from it. I hope my loss reminds all of you that there’s lots of danger out there, even when I knew it was an obvious scam I still fell because of a single mis-click. Stay safe you folks.
