Kind of DAO platform for decision making, public record keeping, finances for informal solidary agriculture group

So I have this vague idea of something and I don't know whether something like that exists.

I'm looking for a way to have/use a platform on the blockchain that would help an informal group of people organize themselves for a shared agriculture project.

I'm talking about - polls - content publishing (mostly text) with recorded acknowledgement of members in some situations - general purpose record keeping - finances (using EUR stablecoins)

I could code a front end website custom-tailored to the requirements maybe, but I don't necessarily need to. I'm a Python dev and I believe I won't get very far with that in blockchain land. Better if something already existed.

People involved are adults of all ages and mostly low to medium tech literacy. Probably everyone has a smartphone, some may be kinda old models, but the fewest people are techy. So bonus for a solution with a great simple wallet.

We want to form an organization that is entirely private and self-organized, so not a company nor registered society (Verein), completely flat hierarchie.

A trustless design to organize this, record everything, and be legally provable, sounds like an excellent use case for the blockchain.

Or is it maybe time I start my first own smart contract and do it myself?

I'm a Loopring fanboy btw, so I would love a L2 solution.
