Three of my top priorities in a crypto exchange are security, support and low fees.

I have found that kraken is the best option with these priorities in mind. I’m able to use my Yubikey on the mobile app, the fees are .25%-.50% and support is top notch. However, there is one thing keeping me from moving my all of my assets and dropping coinbase pro completely and that is their lack of ACH deposits.

Im located in the US and I have two options when purchasing through Kraken.

1) Wire transfer which for me personally involves calling my bank and has a fee associated with it so it’s overall an inconvenience .

2) Purchase crypto directly through my bank account. This has a 1.5% fee and you cannot set buy or sell orders.

How is it that every other exchange, even the shitty ones have ACH deposits but one of the best exchanges still does not have this feature. I have been jumping through hoops to fund my Kraken pro account.

I purchase XLM on coinbase pro on my desk top (because coinbase pro doesn’t allow security key feature on mobile). Transfer XLM in Kraken pro and convert to USDC/USD which is a taxable event. I’m then able to purchase crypto as I please on Kraken Pro. Doing this isn’t difficult but just feels so 2014.

Kraken please add ACH deposits so I can finally use an exchange that has everything I want/need.
