Ledger to Blockchain Jade

I have a ledger and my accounts are currently on it but I have been getting nervous with various posters posting how they have lost their holdings in various ways. Also now they are using key recovery which i assume is a cloud key recovery service and it defeats the purpose of cold storage. I only have some bitcoin and eth and no shitcoins and i use it only for storage. I do my trading on Kraken. Is Blockstream Jade any better or Trezor or should I do 50-50 in each of the devices. I also saw another thread where one person had a bad experience with blockstream delivery and subsequent customer service. Advice? Thanks.

I moved to ledger after my exodus wallet was hacked and I don’t want anything to happen.
