Log into 1 account from 2 separate countries

Hey im new to the world of crypto .

I simply needed to know if i ask somebody to create a binance account in a eu country ( for example ) , put cash within the account , and then give it to me ( i'm in africa ) to buy/promote crypto as i would like and if i need to get my money out i just ask that guy to log in the account and get the money to his bank , will i face an issue ?

as a result of in my country crypto isnt legal
