So in 2012, I got my first smartphone, a HTC explorer Android. In the first month that I had it, I was amazed by all the apps available on the playstore and downloaded basically anything I came across. I there found an app that promised it would mine btc, a technology I was vaguely familiar with. So I got it out of curiosity and let it run for a few weeks during the night. I have no idea what the apps name was and if it still exists. Am I missing out on some real money here? Or are a few weeks of smartphone-mining not worth so much anyways?
