MicroStrategy now owns approximately 132,500 BTC. That's .66% of all BTC that will ever be in existence, assuming 1 million coins lost (132,500/20,000,000).
If Bitcoin Maximalists are correct, and we're headed towards Bitcoin overtaking every other asset as the go-to store of value, what will MicroStrategy look like once Bitcoin reaches a very, very high value?
I'm wondering what they will do with all that capital, what it looks like when a company owns close to 1% of all the money in existence, and if this topic has been explored elsewhere.
