Mismatch network fees with Etherscan vs coinbase?

Etherum Reddit

A few days ago I withdraw some ETH . The record has it as .000399 ETH network fees which was around 43 cents . However I realized that on my app listed as 0.0057 eth ~6.50 in fees; I thought this was a bug so I went and looked up the transaction on etherscan and find that it has the transaction fee listed as .0057 Eth which is like >6 dollars.

In this case I think coinbase is correct because I can clearly see the records and do the math. So what am I missing here? I'm trying to understand what is going on. thanks.
