My account was UNVERIFIED after 4 year.

I’m a long term Binance customer and used platform for most of my crypto operations. I was verified however this week I was asked to verify again and wasn’t verified. And was UNVERIFIED. My nationality is Belarusian but Im living in Brussels Belgium for 4 years and didn’t have problems before. Here is the message that I got.
