My cold wallet security method, flaws?

So i will be using a trezor, 12 seed word phrase, passphrase, and a pin.

I cannot reveal full details for obvious reasons, but here is a vague method I will be using

12 seed phrase will be near to me, without the passphrase. Hidden, but in arms reach.

Both passphrase, and key , are stored separately near me (hidden, but in arms reach). The passphrase is encrypted, the encryption is mixed, manually done, only something I will be understand. So if someone finds the passphrase, they will still need to encrypt it for it to work.

I have already memorised the pin, passphrase, and encryption I will use, I will practice it time to time, but they were easy for me to memorise, still are backed up, in different areas, all backups , are physical, nothing electronic

The 12 word seedphrase, will be stored in a bank deposit box, without passphrase, and a physical hidden copy, nearby to me . I cannot memorise the 12 word seed with ease, the 12 word seedphrase, will be stored on an encrypted USB,one which is around $80, already has encryption, self erase after 10 brute force attempts, the pin for the USB, is my trezor pin, which I already memorised, and backup elsewhere. The 12 word seedphrase, will be put on my USB, via an airgap laptop, this is the only thing I will do electronically. The airgap laptop, will have the wifi and Bluetooth card removed, I won't use this for anything, apart from creating encrptyed usbs in the future, and factory reset each time I input the seedphrase into a new usb.

Trezor will have a wipe code, I will put the pin for the wipe code around my apartment, and such, so if it is wiped, I know the threat came from within my inner circle.
