My father made more profit than I did by simply hodling stablecoins

I’ve been in crypto about two years and have made some extremely lucky and profitable trades in that time.

I begged my dad to get into Crypto about 6 months ago but understandably a man of his age was hesitant. As I was explaining the whole concept he seemed mesmerised by stablecoins. I didn’t think much of it…

Fast forward 6 months and I have made some bold (stupid) trades just to see if I can make a big profit with little hodl time. I barely break even with a lot of effort. Whereas when I catch up with my father, the undaring one, he informs me he has just been buying stablecoins and transferring them to some crypto banking app where he gets a decent % interest. He’s made a few hundred in profit with literally no effort. When I embarrassingly pointed out he would never make millions that way, he calmly retorted he just wants to see profits.

He may not be a wealthy man but I have a lot to learn…
